Meet Diane

A Mother's Mission to make play more Meaningful!

Hi, I’m Diane — a proud mom of three, two of whom have special needs. From 2023 to 2025, my life was filled with therapy appointments: physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Week after week, I watched my little ones grow stronger, hit milestones, and develop skills that made everyday life easier and more joyful.

But I also saw how expensive, exhausting, and inaccessible this kind of support can be for many families.

As I sat through those sessions, I realized something important: these environments — designed for development through play — shouldn’t just be limited to therapy rooms. All children benefit from spaces that support motor planning, sensory exploration, speech development, and social interaction.

That’s when the idea for my Play cafe was born.

A Play cafe With Purpose

I created a warm, inclusive space for children aged 6 months to 5 years — a place where every child, regardless of ability, can thrive through play. At Cutie Patooties Play cafe, you’ll find:

  • A pediatric sensory physical therapy gym to build strength, coordination, and confidence

  • Carefully selected toys and activities that promote fine and gross motor development

  • Pretend play areas that spark imagination and support social and speech skills

  • An arts & crafts zone to foster creativity and strengthen fine motor abilities

  • An inclusive environment where neurodiverse children feel welcome and celebrated

And for the parents?

You haven’t been forgotten. I’ve included a full-service coffee shop with plenty of seating inside the play area — because you deserve to relax, connect with other parents, and sip your coffee while your child learns and grows through natural, meaningful play.

Affordable. Supportive. Joyful.

My mission is simple: to make high-quality developmental play accessible to all families — not just those in therapy. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent needing a break, a caregiver looking for enrichment, or a parent of a child with special needs searching for an inclusive space — this Play cafe is for you.

I can’t wait to welcome you and your little cuties.
